Klippfy Affiliate Program Policy

This policy governs participation in Klippfy's affiliate program ("the Program"). By registering as an affiliate you agree to these terms, in addition to the general Terms and Conditions.

1. How it works

• When you register you receive a unique referral link or code.
• You earn a 25% commission on payments made by users who subscribe through your link, [TO COMPLETE — business decision: first payment only / for the life of the subscription / for X months].
• Attribution of a referral to your account is based on a referral cookie with a duration of [TO COMPLETE — e.g. 30 or 60 days] from the first click (a "first-click" model: if the user visits through several different affiliate links, attribution goes to whichever generated the cookie first, not the last one).

2. Mandatory disclosure of the affiliate relationship

As an affiliate, you are required to clearly and visibly disclose your commercial relationship with Klippfy in any promotional content (video, post, article, social media) where you share your referral link. This includes, at minimum:

• expressly stating that the link is an "affiliate link" or that you will receive a commission if the user subscribes (e.g. "#ad", "affiliate link", "I earn a commission if you sign up with this link");
• placing that disclosure where it is easy to see before the person clicks, not hidden at the end of a long description or only in a separate "terms" link.

This disclosure is required by advertising and consumer-protection regulations in various jurisdictions (for example, the FTC's guidance in the US on "endorsements"). Failure to comply with this section may result in immediate suspension from the Program, in addition to any liability the affiliate may bear directly before the relevant authority.

3. When the commission is paid

• The commission accrues once the referral's payment is confirmed and has not been refunded or disputed (chargeback).
• There is a waiting period of [TO COMPLETE — e.g. 30 days] before the commission becomes available for withdrawal, to cover possible refunds or mid-cycle cancellations.
• The minimum amount to request a payout is [TO COMPLETE]. Payouts are made via [TO COMPLETE — method: bank transfer / PayPal / etc.] on a [TO COMPLETE — monthly / on-demand] basis.
• Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying any tax applicable to commissions received in their jurisdiction. Klippfy does not act as a withholding agent for these payments (unlike end-customer subscriptions, where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record).

4. When a commission is NOT paid

• Self-referrals: no commission is paid for subscriptions taken out by yourself, by accounts you control, or by accounts created to simulate genuine referrals.
• Refunds and cancellations: if the referral's payment is refunded (including the EU/UK right of withdrawal described in the Terms) or reversed via chargeback, the corresponding commission is voided or deducted from future payouts.
• Fraud: the use of fraudulent traffic, bots, spam, misleading advertising about Klippfy, failure to comply with the disclosure required in section 2, or any practice that violates these terms voids the commissions generated and may result in immediate removal from the Program and the withholding of any outstanding balance.

5. Promotion rules

As an affiliate, you may not:

• run paid advertising using the "Klippfy" name or associated trademarks without prior authorization (including bidding on the brand name in search engines);
• make false or misleading claims about the Service's features, pricing, or results;
• use spam, purchased mailing lists, or unsolicited automated messages to promote your link;
• offer content directed at minors as part of your promotion;
• promote the link without complying with the disclosure requirement in section 2.

6. Termination of the agreement

Klippfy may deactivate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, by notifying you by email. In the event of termination for violating this policy, outstanding commissions may be withheld. In the event of termination without cause, you will be paid your accrued balance according to the normal payout schedule.

7. Changes to the Program

Klippfy may modify the commission percentage, the attribution window, or other conditions of the Program at any time, with reasonable advance notice. Changes are not retroactive on commissions already generated.
