Content Moderation

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This page explains, in one place, what content is not allowed on Klippfy, how we detect it before delivering it to you, how to report something you see, and what happens after a report. It complements section 4 ("Acceptable use") of the Terms and Conditions and section 4 of the AI Policy — this page focuses on process, those documents on the rules.

1. What we automatically review

Automatic filter before you get a result

Every AI-generated image and video Klippfy produces passes through an automated content classifier before you can view or download it. If the result flags a prohibited category, it is never delivered to you: the generation is marked as failed, your credits are refunded, and the finding is logged for human review.

This filter covers AI-generated content (Generate Video, Generate Image, AdMaker, Idea to Video, Show My Product). It does not currently cover content you upload for processing (for example, your own video that you turn into clips) — that depends on the reporting process in section 3, unless we receive a third-party notice first.

2. What is prohibited

You may not use Klippfy to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Klippfy has absolute zero tolerance. Any finding, whether detected by us or reported, is preserved as minimally necessary evidence and reported to NCMEC (report.cybertip.org) in addition to immediate account suspension, with no exception and no appeal prior to suspension.

3. How to report content

If you see content generated or hosted on Klippfy that you believe violates these rules:

  1. Write to us at [email protected] with the link or identifier of the content and a description of why you believe it violates the policy.
  2. For copyright specifically, use the DMCA Policy process instead — it has different formal requirements.
  3. For a security vulnerability, use the Security process instead.

You don't need a Klippfy account to report content.

4. What happens after a report

  1. A human reviews the case with the available evidence (not just the automated moderation result, if there was one).
  2. If the violation is confirmed: the content is removed, the corresponding sanction is applied (see section 5), and you're notified of the outcome if you left contact information.
  3. If it's not confirmed: the content stays up and we let you know that too, without you having to follow up.

We're not obligated to explain the technical detail of what triggered an automated detection — doing so could teach people how to evade the filter — but we will tell you whether your report resulted in an action or not.

5. Sanctions

SituationConsequence
1st confirmed violationEmail warning, explaining which rule was violated
2nd confirmed violation (12 months)Temporary suspension (72h); credits from that generation are not refunded
3rd confirmed violation (12 months)Permanent ban, no refund of remaining balance
CSAM, any amountImmediate permanent ban + NCMEC report, no strikes process

6. Appeal

  1. Write to [email protected] stating which decision you want to appeal.
  2. It's reviewed by someone on the team. We respond within [TO COMPLETE: define timeframe, e.g. 5 business days].
  3. If the decision is reversed: credit refund if applicable, and access restored.
  4. CSAM cases have no appeal prior to suspension — the account stays suspended while any claim is reviewed.
